Since 2006, AAH has provided consultancy services to both public and private sector clients. Our multi-disciplinary team includes chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), Institute of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE), and Landscape Institute (CMLI). We have a proven track record in negotiating and designing developments on both greenfield and brownfield sites, successfully managing land promotion, speculative applications, appeals, and Public Inquiries—even when local authorities claim a sufficient supply of allocated sites.

Our approach is collaborative yet client-focused, proactively challenging unsatisfactory planning outcomes when needed. We work with professionals and private landowners, offering fee-based services or, in some cases, partnership opportunities.
Our technical services include Planning and Landscape Supporting Documents, Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), and Drainage Design with Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). We support projects from concept through to approval.
